Product Manager résumé questions
How technical should a PM résumé be?
Technical enough to be trusted by engineers and no more. Name the systems you made decisions about. Listing a language you have not shipped in reads as padding to the very people who will interview you.
What if the metric did not move?
Say what you learned and what you stopped. "Killed after 30 interviews" is a stronger bullet than a shipped feature nobody used — and it is the bullet senior interviewers ask about.
Should I list the frameworks I use?
No. RICE and Jobs-to-be-Done on a résumé signal vocabulary, not judgement. Show the prioritisation call itself.
